Greatly reduces mud and trash build up
It just won’t stick to the poly like it does to metal
trash wheels. Planting can begin when fields are too
wet for metal wheels – up to 3-5 days ahead of
others. The row cleaners can be a trouble spot on
the planter because mud and trash build up slows
down planting and causes improper seed placement.
Poly Row Cleaners aggressive action effectively
sweep trash and build up away for easier planting,
especially in no-till applications. Many times metal
spike wheels will act like a shovel and will gather
debris on the end of the tine, balling up and throwing
soil either out of the furrow or right in front of the disc
opener.
Unique faceted design
Several angles on the wheel break up any large
clods and pull the trash away from the disc opener.
This design also provides the aggressive action
needed to break through heavy residue without build
up on the wheel.
Will not corrode like metal trash wheels
Both hubs and wheels are made of UHMW poly
making them corrosion resistant to chemicals and
fertilizers.
Bolt type depth adjustment
After checking soil conditions for planting adjust the
down pressure accordingly and start planting.
Industrial strength double bearing
A multi-lip seal provides smooth, continuous
revolutions to the row cleaners. Steel shield offers
protection from the elements.
