We use UPS or Spee-Dee carriers whenever possible. On larger orders, where truck freight companies must be used, we will select a freight company that is the most reliable and economical for your area. Call for freight prices.
Retail orders must be paid upfront before the product is shipped out, preferably with credit card. Online orders must be paid by credit card during the checkout process.
Dealer orders are invoiced at time of shipping and terms are an additional 2% discount if paid within 10 days. Dealer orders placed online by-pass the credit card processing. Dealer should contact the office to set up an online dealer account.
In the event of non-payment, the buyer shall pay any and all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
A handling charge will be added to all online orders during the checkout process (included in the shipping cost line). Excludes transportation and insurance charges.
When you receive your products, thoroughly inspect each one for damage or product shortage. If there is damage or shortage, please notify us no later than 7 days after shipment. We will gladly help trace or recover lost goods and collect damages. If the above procedures are followed, we can hold down the cost of reshipping freight and filling claims, thus giving better service to you.
Under no circumstances will May Wes accept returned goods for credit without prior written authorization from our office in Hutchinson. No credit will be given unless return merchandise has a Return Material Authorization (RMA) # and invoice #. Our sales personnel are not authorized to pick up goods for return. A 25% restocking charge will be deducted.
May Wes Manufacturing (DBA as Pride Solutions LLC) warrants the product to be free of material and workmanship defects which are apparent upon receipt and initial use of the product. Wear items such as liners, skid shoes, and bearings are guaranteed for a reasonable run time, not to exceed one year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be reported within 15 days of occurrence of defect. Warrant does not cover damage from improper installation or unintended use of the product. Pride Solutions does not accept responsibility for any damages incurred on the equipment to which the product is applied. The warranty value is limited to the purchase price of the merchandise. No incidental, consequential, indirect losses or damages, express or implied, are covered. A warranty claim must be processed with either return of the defective product or reasonable proof that the product failed. Items returned for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) obtainable from Pride Solutions customer service at 800-788-6483. Defective product will be replaced with same or better product. Account credit will be given where a reasonable replacement cannot be provided.
