Manufactured from slick and durable 3/8” thick virgin UHMW poly, the new center skid shoe measures 10.25” X 9” and fits Lexion F540/F535/G540/G535 and Claas MAXFLEX 1200/1050 and 930/770 headers. It replaces OEM part 3591080, and priced at $18.50 is much easier on the wallet. The skid shoe is CNC machine cut from solid sheets of UHMW plastic and formed to fit the header in May Wes’ Hutchinson, Minnesota plastic fabrication shop. The skid shoe is pre-drilled and includes all hardware necessary for installation (size #86 small head pop rivets). May Wes skid shoes are counter bored, allowing hardware to be recessed for smoother operation.
